BSN from the University of Maryland in 1984 and at that time was a high
risk labor and delivery nurse. She received her Masters in Nursing at the
University of Texas. She successfully completed the National Certification
Exam for nurse midwives and practiced full scope nurse midwifery in
private practice. |

Kenneth Singleton, M.D., M.P.H. Dr. Singleton is a
Board Certified Physician in Internal medicine. He obtained his Masters
degree in Public Health, then received Board Certification in Internal
Medicine at Kettering Medical Center, Dayton Ohio. He has been in private
practice specializing in internal medicine, nutritional medicine and
alternative medicine since 1983. |

Kenneth A. Bock M.D., F.A.A.F.P. Dr. Bock received
his M.D. with honors from the University of Rochester School of Medicine
in 1979. For the past 17 years he has integrated alternative modalities

an instructor in the Department of Family Medicine at Albany Medical
